There is no product yet. The only thing this site collects is what you hand it when you join the queue, plus anonymous traffic numbers.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the queue. Used to confirm you are real, to tell you your position, and to tell you when the app is ready.
- What you pick — up to three of the six. Counts are shown publicly in aggregate. Your individual picks are not published.
- Your referral code, and the code of whoever referred you, so referral positions can be calculated.
- Timestamps for when you joined and when you confirmed.
- Your IP address, held briefly and in counted form only, to rate-limit the signup form. It is not stored against your entry.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or anything about your actual progress in any of them. There is nothing to track progress with yet.
Analytics
Traffic is measured with Plausible, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data or build cross-site profiles. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no tracking cookie.
Browser storage
After you join, your referral code is saved in your browser's local storage so this site can show your position when you come back. It is not a cookie, it is not sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Who processes it
- Supabase — the database holding queue entries.
- Resend — sends the confirmation and launch emails.
- Vercel — hosts the site and serves requests.
- Plausible — anonymous traffic analytics.
We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Ever.
How long we keep it
Queue entries are kept until the app launches and you have had the chance to use your position, or until you ask for deletion. Unconfirmed entries are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted outright. Email hello@hyped.com and it will be actioned within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
Every email we send includes a way to stop hearing from us without losing your queue position.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who processes it, anyone in the queue gets an email about it.
